A harmonious alliance
between heritage and modernity.
An architecture designed to breathe and contemplate.
Conceived as a living space, the villa opens onto the sea and embraces the light at every moment of the day. The volumes have been reimagined to create a fluid flow between indoors and outdoors, in a natural continuity. Wood, stone, and glass respond to one another with balance, shaping an atmosphere that is both soothing and inspiring, where every line celebrates the beauty of the landscape.

From conception to completion.

A renovation,thoughtfully
crafted down to the finest details.
The name La Villa L’Île Verte came naturally, as a tribute to the island facing the property in the bay of La Ciotat, but also to evoke the lush green setting and the exotic cocoon recreated around the house with the collaboration of a passionate nurseryman and palm specialist.
Particular attention was also given to the selection of materials and furniture, both indoors and outdoors, in order to create a subtle harmony between authenticity, innovation and timeless elegance.

A story of transmission
rooted in the place.
A passage of memory : The Monte-Cristo Passage.
At the heart of the property, a singular space bears witness to the site’s history. This room, set within thick walls inherited from the Second World War, once served as a landing point for military equipment and formed part of the German army’s patrol path along the coastline; it has since been renamed “The Monte-Cristo Passage.”
We chose to preserve this imprint not as a fixed relic, but as a space reinterpreted with respect. Today, this area, now a direct and private access to the sea, embodies both memory and experience, set within a renewed vision of the place and open to the horizon.

An exceptional transformation,
brought to life by its artisans.
La Villa l’Île Verte is a project of extensive renovation and transformation, born from the love of a globe-trotting businessman, accustomed to the highest international standards, for his native Provence and Mediterranean. His ambition was to create a luxurious retreat, a true haven of peace where Mediterranean authenticity, art of living, and excellence come together naturally, while integrating a high-tech business center originally designed for his own professional needs.
